Welcome to the 2021-2022 College Park HS Athlete Clearance Registration!
This registration session will allow you to create a Sports Engine account, provide contact information, sign important documents and upload your Pre-participation Physical and Proof of Insurance. Your session will allow you to register for multiple sports so you should not have to repeat the process.
